Once a falling down rotten three season porch turned into a great use of year round space. The majority of the framing and exterior sheathing were replaced in this near complete re-build in addition to: new windows, door, siding, exterior trim, interior trim, paneling, flooring and some updated electrical outlets. This project involved a little bit of everything!
