This project involved the complete demolition and wall removals and re-imagination of 4 existing spaces - two bathrooms, one kitchen and the dining room. All of the spaces were reconfigured to create a unified eat-in kitchen area connected to the "formal" dining room and the new installation of a proper Owner Bathroom with double vanities and new clerestory windows, new Hall Bathroom for the kids, and connecting the home's entry area/foyer to the kitchen and dining. The result is a complete transformation of usability, flow, and aesthetics. Another client's family happiness is on the boards!
