John Corliss, a Maine Potter, built this house in 1829 on six acres abutting a bounding brook with views that overlook the magnificent Kennebec River in Days Ferry, Maine. The new owners painstakingly restored this house with the original hand-worked detail that not only befits this house but is in keeping with the unique hand-work he applied to his pottery craft. The Kennebec Company chose and crafted beautiful hand-selected, hand-planed pine cabinetry to integrate this kitchen into the core architecture of the home.
