Who says small rooms can't be great!!! It began with the tile and morphed into a Old-World, Mediterranean retreat. Hand-fired Tabarka Tile and a beautiful Dark Oak vanity pulled this design together. The focal point of the room is the wall niche that reintroduces the beautiful hand-crafted tile on the floor. Prior to the project, the wall niche was an off centered cupboard that didn't lend itself to function or beauty. Simply resetting the cupboard, centering it and adding tile and shelving this piece becomes a work of art. Unique design snuck into a tiny space is the best way to have an original home with surprising elements throughout.
