This model home in the Ashley Oaks neighborhood represents Premier Homes, a custom and production home builder in Granbury TX. I designed the home to appeal to all ages, with more of a focus on boomers and empty nesters who might have a grandchild or two to stay. Granbury is a favorite destination for weekenders from Dallas Fort Worth as well as retirees. I wanted to create a casual country feeling that would appeal to both groups. I staged this home in the summer but as it’s a model the color palette needs to work all year round so I chose blue and green accents with rustic wood and rattan to add texture. Price range is $300K
