Originally built as a guest house, the owners of this 1,000sf luxurious gem decided to use this as their primary residence. It may be small in living space, but it is mighty in warmth and character! As the General Contractor, Matt Fisher also worked closely with the homeowner, in coordinating and choosing interior design elements.
