With a desire to energize their tired 1960’s home so that it reflected their
youthful aesthetic, JAC gutted the entire top floor and opened the space to
create a singular area for multiple uses. Not afraid of pattern or texture, these
clients really let us take the reins and design a home that proved to be super
eclectic, hip and modern. The wallpaper and lighting alone deserve to be
spotlighted, but the pops of bold color throughout is the real magic here and
displays JAC’s playfullness to the max. Just steps away from the iconic
Chateau Marmont, floor to ceiling bifold doors open to the beautiful pool, and
a view of the Hollywood Hills skyline.
