Primary Closet
The new owners of a Bolton Hill Townhouse requested more closet space within the primary suites in a historic Bolton Hill Townhouse.
Walk-in closets were requested for the primary bedroom suites in the home.
One suite for the owner’s, and the second for the wife’s live-in parents, who moved from California into the now intergenerational household.
A set of floating wardrobes were designed to divide the space into two, sectioning off an area designated as closet space.
Designed in three modules in order to fit up the stairwell, they were mounted on aluminum stanchions to minimize impact on the house.
In the owner’s suite, flush cabinetry was designed into the recesses adjacent to a fireplace.
