Starting the design of this penthouse condominium pre-construction afforded us a huge advantage in trying to infuse a clean, modern aesthetic into the space. Located in the heart of the city, we created a calming retreat for a constantly traveling client.

In combining the dining and living areas into one open space, we opened the space to maximize the sense of being part of the city. Having the luxury of working with the space pre-construction we were able to customize the detailing of the space and modify the floor plan to better fit the client’s needs. The intermixing of modern & transitional pieces, allowed us to create a harmonious city retreat with expansive inner city panoramic views.
