Owners wanted to create a private garden area in their very large front yard, remove the lawn, and protect their beautiful, large Camphor tree. An open entry gate and fence now creates a private retreat, while the pervious pathway in front provides better access from the street and protects the roots of the existing Camphor tree. This drought-tolerant garden is irrigated with highly efficient inline drip. The owners applied for various rebates with the county water district.
