This dramatic home library is part of a 3,000 square foot addition in a traditional Charlottesville neighborhood. The addition also includes a listening room, home theater, and office. The vaulted ceilings and two-story collection was designed to evoke our client's fond memories of his time in the cathedral-like library at Yale.

The entrance to the library is defined by a tall stone fireplace embedded with fossils.
