We worked directly with the contractor/builder to stage and furnish this 3 beds/5 baths spec home including a powder room and an office. This home is currently on the market in Holualoa, Hawaii. We chose furnishings and materials that we felt kept true to the simplistic, rural elegance of the home. We also wanted to encourage indoor and outdoor living so we placed pieces that would accommodate large groups, dining al fresco and lounge spaces to relax on the lanai by pool.

The furniture placed is mainly teak, both contemporary and antique. There are custom accent pillows and rugs were hand selected in Morocco.
