Project One

*Photographed over a single day
*Utilizing early morning light and sunset.
*Fill light added with Tungsten hot lights
*Extensive post-production in multiple applications.
*To achieve some images an angle of view well beyond a 24mm tilt shift lens was needed, these photographs are stitched together from up to six individual images utilizing several pieces of software or sometimes done manually.

The client wanted the window to hold more detail than the original photograph had, to achieve this the detail was added from another image with less exposure.

Powder rooms can be challenging, the space is limited and they can be somewhat dark to photograph, lighting is a challenge. This image uses two additional lights just outside the door.

This fireplace offered a chance to use a slightly longer lens allowing the image to compress a bit.

The two dogs watched us the entire time so it was only natural to get them in the image. The client called me wanting to email it to the homeowner as soon as he saw them in the first edit.

The vaulted ceiling was important to the builder but with a wide angle lens we still had to stand outside the room to make the image so we went in close to the perspective we wanted and photographed the top, middle and bottom of the scene and stitched the three images together Manually .

The room was to narrow to photograph in its entirety so I made three images across the top and three images across the bottom of the scene and stitched these together in Autopano Giga.
