This project in Hawi, on the Big Island's Kohala Coast, consisted of remodeling 4 completely run-down, termite infested plantation homes. We kept as many original features as possible, keeping the classic plantation design throughout. The transformation was incredible, and the property has been featured on the Green Channel as well as numerous media publications. It is now a high-end vacation rental.
