Between the upper terrace and large existing trees, a quaint limestone path and steps slip through an urban shade garden featuring magnificent globe boxwood clusters, Oakleaf hydrangeas, perennials, and groundcover.

Perched above the new workout room, the upper terrace is constructed using honed limestone pavers on raised pedestals that allow them to be laid flat for a clean appearance without the mortar joints. The look is undeniably stunning and virtually maintenance free.

Designed to flow in conjunction with the home addition double French doors lead you out to an elegant raised terrace. A cozy fireplace along with weathered zinc planters serve as bookends to the focal fountain giving this space the ultimate feeling of design, luxury and tranquility.
