Heavy renovation of a 1970's house in the woods. It is located just outside of Traverse City with views of East Bay. The pyramid roof is reflected on the inside with vaulted ceilings and a wrap around mezzanine. We reworked the floor plan to locate the kitchen under the skylight and moved the switch back stair in the corner. The General Contractor was Hammontree Builders. The custom design/build TV/book cabinet was Chad Womack Design.
