The homeowner of this 1906 Queen Anne style home came to us with two goals:
the complete restoration of his home’s original exterior that would be
maintenance free. Over the years the exterior wood siding, trim and original slate
were beginning to rot, crumble or rust. The renovation process involved
replacement of most of the windows, siding, soffit, fascia, gutter system, roof,
brick chimney repair and replacement as well as porch ceilings and exterior
lighting.
