Second and third floor of a historic building in Downtown Newport are converted from a tired pub to a premier event space. Overlooking Queen Anne's Square park, the owner decided to look to Victorian detailing to highlight the spaces natural appeal. We assisted with the planning and hard finish package from the demolition stage. Which included but was not limited to detailing the decorative molding; bathroom design; paint selections; creating a lighting layout and fixture selections; flooring material selections and the bar design/finish.
