Client wanted to redesign D.C. condo. Used some existing furnishings. Transformed a dead space on lower level into a functional home office, and made the upper level living room/dining area into a more entertainment friendly space for young professional with more focus on cocktail party gatherings than dinner parties (client not a big cook).
