Raiders player Johnathan Hankins and his beautiful wife Mahsa reached out after they saw my previous work. Once I learned about their current/future goals for this home, they gave me the budget and creative freedom to build on existing pieces and design an inviting, cohesive home they can enjoy and share with their growing family and friends.

Clients vintage area rug and art pieces were inspiration for the color scheme throughout the home. Wainscoting added more dimension to the space and texture. Unique light fixture added glamour to this fabulous formal living space.

Clients had to have this oversized sectional but didn’t know what to do with the 30’ long wall behind and how to make it pretty but functional.

Feature wall with built in shelfs and bottom storage, lighting fixture and decor brought scale, balance, and more light to this 30’ long dark room.

Before, size of tv and a custom made floating cabinet were not in scale. Everything was out of proportion.

Sandra made sure to keep it in the budget and designed a tv wall as an extension to the giant wall across the room. This way tv is not a star of the room anymore. She created a cohesion in the space.
