Raised Screen Room in Northwest D.C.

A unique raised screened room designed by Design Builders, Inc. and built in Northwest Washington, D.C. over an existing concrete slab patio. The design-build project features large SCREENEZE screen panels, low-maintenance Zuri decking in Walnut trim, a Minka-Aire ceiling fan, skylights, stainless cable handrails, an Infratech infrared heater, and new windows and doors on the back of the home.
