This remodel gave a historic ranch residence a comfortable update. The project encompassed the entire lower floor, including the living room, bar, dining room, pantry, mudroom and guest bedroom. Changes in the room locations gave the home an open floor plan desired by the client. The combination of vintage and modern elements express a casual and timeless design.
