Remodel of a house in Point Dume in Malibu, that had had numerous unpermitted projects. The living room was completely rebuilt with new beams and a La Cantina folding door. All new windows, decks and Hardie siding. The kitchen was the breezeway between the garage and the living area. All new bathrooms. The garage was changed from entry in the back to the front.
