We have been challenged to offer two design versions for this central apartment of about 150 sqm.
One version was residential and the other one was for office.

We had to consider the age of the apartment, the will of the client and the technical possibilities. Also, clients expressed their desire to work with IKEA furniture, especially for the modular possibilities.

The living room should be with less furniture possible, and also to be able to change geometry for different occasions. Open space.
