Before & After:
This house is located in Laguna Beach. The back side of the house is all glass to take advantage of the million dollar ocean view. The street side or front of the house looks like the back side of an old apartment building because of the garage, a utility enclosure and the lack of windows. The owners wanted to add an additional garage and a new contemporary look to create curb appeal. The Planning department would not allow us to add any additional height to the existing envelope. We ended up with a very clean streamlined look within the client’s budget.
