The design challenge was to create a new primary room suite including a large walk-in closet, a new mother in law suite, TV room and his/hers new office spaces. Bonus features include a new third floor terrace that provides views of a lake and mountains, as well as an extension of the living area into a weather protected outdoor entertainment porch. Clients appreciate the sunlight, new views and low heating /cooling costs resulting from this renovation.
