We were contacted by our clients to redesign their bungalow’s main floor including a new kitchen. The following is an overview of their initial wants and needs for the project:
- Style: “French country meets modern classic”
- Main floor gut (all flooring to be removed and replaced with new hardwood & possible mosaic tile inlay in some areas to be specified)
- New windows & front door required
- Existing wood burning fireplace to be updated – possible gas insert
- New kitchen design including integrated appliances, gas stove etc.
- Suggestion for furniture, finishes and fixtures
