The Rayburns were anxious to make improvements on their daughter's bathroom.
It was small and outdated. At the same time they were desirous of a TV/study area for her. I was able to accomplish this by using a spare bedroom as the TV/Study and grabbing some of the square footage to increase the "soon to be" new bathroom.
