Kitchen expansion and renovation to the family room. The Owners requested an “open plan” and create a new rear entry for the family to use as a touchdown area for school bags, sports equipment and outer wear.

Project included the following: new expanded kitchen and breakfast area, opening the wall between the family room and kitchen, repurposing the existing galley kitchen to a butler’s serving pantry and prep area. Maintaining the architectural style of the home was also a consideration with the design.
