Rec room in need of freshening up.

All new drywall on ceilings and walls due to textured/ panelled walls and installation of 6 new pot lights.

Load bearing wall from hallway to rec room was opened up an additional 20” to make the room feel bigger.

Drywall was left with a smooth finish ready to accept primer, which the homeowner wanted to take on themselves.
