This was a storm damage claim I worked in Steiner Ranch subdivision in Austin, Texas. The customers insurance had made an offer that was $8500.00 lower than the market replacement cost. After 4 weeks of negotiating with the Insurance, they finally agreed to our pricing and paid the additional $8500.00. Customer was very happy and upgraded to a Class IV Impact Resistant Shingle.
