After being devastated by Hurricane Sandy, this Red Hook, Brooklyn garden needed new plants and new life. The owners wanted more usable space, a large outdoor kitchen, privacy screening, and plants that would withstand future flooding. New Eco designed and built custom cedar cabinetry with stainless counters and sink. Lighting, furniture, and a potted herb garden were also designed and installed.

A flagstone path leads to a lounge area surrounded by native plants that tolerate salt spray and flooding. Rhododendron, yucca, lavender, and juniper are just a few of the plants that soften the space and provide yearly blooms.
