Detached ADU

One of our latest projects involved creating a stunning 499 sq. ft. ADU in our
clients' backyard, seamlessly blending style and functionality. The heart of
this charming space is a meticulously designed kitchenette that offers all the
amenities of a full-sized kitchen, ideal for cooking and entertaining. It features
sleek modern appliances, including a WOLF range, elegant quartz
countertops, and smart storage solutions.
The ADU also includes a 152 sq. ft. bedroom and a beautifully appointed
bathroom, complete with tiled flooring, a spacious walk-in shower, and a
luxurious horizontal shampoo niche. This backyard ADU not only enhances
the property’s value but also provides a stylish and comfortable solution for
family visits.
