REED Residence AZEK DECK

This deck was a challenge. We had many obstacles to over come when digging the footer lines. We had a water well in the way, varies electrical lines and sewer lines too. We excavated gingerly and didn't hit one.
The deck is AZEK. I used a tongue and grove board so hidden stainless steel fasteners could be used. This deck is slightly sloped for water drainage. Has white vinyl railings with low voltage post lighting in the posts for night time usage and we incorporated 3 post lights as well, switched seperately.
