Basement spaces are often underutilized or forgotten and yet have so much potential. This is one of the reasons Alair Homes was happy to partner with our client to help create their customized dream basement.

This newly renovated space has a ton of amazing features. What used to be a few pieces of work-out equipment in the corner is now a customized home gym with glass walls that create an open and airy space. The expansive wine room surrounded on two sides by glass creates an impressive focal point as well as providing a functional space for this wine collector.

The lounge area was opened up and the walk out patio doors provide great natural light. Build in dark wood shelving houses the flat screen TV and the space was finished beautifully with the half moon couch, providing the family with a comfortable space for movie nights!

The basement is rounded off with a customized bar with island seating and a space for the large ping pong table for those friendly competitions!
