We started by removing some old 8' wide patio doors that separated these rooms. Custom built new wood jambs and woodwork to match existing. I wanted it to look as original as possible. There was an original plant area with sprinkler in floor that we removed. Filled in this area and put marble tile over it. New exterior doors were then installed for security and thermal reasons.
We also tiled the floor in the sauna ,modified the seats and added some racks to make it a wine cellar. Added new led lighting in wine cellar.
I modified a cabinet above the new larger fridge. Had to make it smaller and cut down the doors. We also painted an office and 1 bedroom.
We also repaired an exterior patio wall. We replaced the siding on this wall and repainted. Repaired the trim on garage door, caulked and repainted.
Added some custom shelving to one of the closets.
In 2017 we added the custom light fixtures outside.
