relaxing days and magical nights

A small but elegantly-built garden was in need of renovation. The hillside garden forms an "L" shape around the house, most of it visible from the interior. We opened up the light by pruning back an overgrown laurel hedge and made a foliar tapestry in the entry space. On the hillside, a failed waterfall became the stage for a glass water feature. Glass by Barbara Sanderson at Glass Gardens NW. Installation by Robert McGillvray, Buffaloworks.
