Our clients wanted a contemporary home but did not want to move. Our brief was to create an open-plan home to meet the needs of the owners in terms of living and office space, rationalise the flow through the spaces and also to improve the insulation.

The kitchen and bathroom were new and left untouched but the rest of the house was remodelled completely. We also extended the front by about one metre to improve the living room and bedroom space and to give us the opportunity to create a new front entrance and fit new windows and cedar cladding.
