Remodeled an existing home in Franklin, Mi for a repeat customer. Reworked the layout by creating a more open floor plan.. Removed a 2-way fire place and opened up the kitchen to the family room. Created a butlers pantry that lead into the dining room. Completely remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Added a 2 story fireplace and reworked the hall and den to create a walk-in pantry. All the bathrooms, laundry room and staircase were updated. Exterior work included a new roof, doors and paint.
