Residence 3

Sheltered in a valley on a third of an acre, this Tuscan-inspired home constructed of locally quarried limestone and stucco resonates with the Umbria region in Italy. Filled with warmth and light, the space is designed to make people immediately feel at ease. Its patina of old age gives the impression of having been lived in for some time.

Antique and salvaged materials include a 19th century wood mantelpiece, Italian leaded glass doors, Tuscan farmhouse doors and flooring, a courtyard wellhead, vintage Italian majolica checkerboard tiles, marble sinks, and carved limestone architectural elements.
