Our clients came to MLK for a consultation to meet their changing needs. They had outgrown their cozy 2 bedroom rancher in vibrant Steveston and needed a larger home to accommodate their growing family.
Not wanting to leave their neighborhood, the choice was made to completely renovate their existing property and transform it into their dream home.

Whilst maintaining the existing foundation, MLK added an additional 2nd and 3rd floor, crafting the original 2 bedroom rancher into a spacious and truly spectacular 4 bedroom, 2700 square foot classic shingle style home.
