This is actually a 5-bedroom residence which I designed and help build in 1992.
The house has a pool which was designed in Switzerland.

3 siblings, a son and two daughters now own the property. One daughter has asked to redefine the house into a bed-and-breakfast as it is conveniently and centrally located between beaches and mountains.
