Residential Space Plans

The following space plans represent a variety of projects ranging from kitchen renovations through to the entire re-design of main floors and basements.

The " before" space plan of a Kingston, Ontario home. The challenges to the existing floor plan were a sunken living room; walls cutting off the family room and kitchen to the living room; lack of closet space near the front door; a small family bathroom and awkward en-suite bathroom.

The goal of this Tamworth, Ontario home was to improve the layout the main floor. To make it more spacious and open, the kitchen was re-designed, the sunken living room floor raised, and the openings between the living room, dining room and lounge area widened.
