This property is located on a steep hill, making the backyard practically unusable. The owner wanted a functional backyard while preserving all the trees. We designed and implemented a retaining wall with modern railing for added safety. To preserve the trees, we built wells around them and prevented rotting by adding proper drainage and ensuring air circulation around the tree bases. Lastly, we built a modern deck with spiral stairs and another set of matching spiral stairs for a separate entrance to the second floor.
