Taking a cue from the client's collection of Josh Agle's mid century modern "SHAG art" we developed a plan to go from a tired and heavy Mediterranean look to a clean mid-century vibe. Walls and floors were stripped of travertine and stone to get to a clean palette. Wood flooring was installed to provide a cohesive look and stay true to the home's exterior. Then we took a dive into the crayon box to punch up the spaces with color and personality!
