This 51-unit mixed market rate and affordable housing multi-family development is located only one block from Revere Beach and is adjacent to a small natural creek. Offshoots designed the landscape to tie the site into the Revere Waterfront Square masterplan and provided ecologically sensitive plantings to provide habitat value on site. The plantings are salt tolerant, low-maintenance native plants which connect the urban condition to the vernacular landscape expected along coastal Massachusetts.
