The home now features radiant flooring, an advanced heating system that delivers consistent, energy-efficient warmth throughout the house. A graywater recycling system was installed to reduce water consumption by reusing water for irrigation, supporting sustainable living.

A spacious roof deck was added, providing extra outdoor living space and enabling rainwater collection for enhanced sustainability. The exterior is finished with Shou Sugi Ban siding, a Japanese wood-charring technique that boosts durability against fire, pests, and weather while adding a striking visual element.

Inside, custom cabinetry throughout the kitchen and living areas maximizes storage and functionality. Bathrooms are designed with sleek, durable porcelain tile showers, ensuring low maintenance and a modern feel.
