We completed this project in July of 2023. It was a full gut remodel that we had full control over from floor plan, design, the colors of the paint and flooring. We converted it from a 2 bedroom & 1 full bathroom to a 2 bedroom w/ a Master suite, including a custom 5 foot tile shower with shower tower sprayer, and a walk-in closet. We added a 1/2 bath with washer and dryer hook-ups between the bedrooms, opened up the floor plan. Converted the heating system with a new forced air system, added the wall mount split air system, all new kitchen with p[antry and all new electrical and plumbing.
