Ribbeck Residence
The dark brown cabinets were once part of the partition between front and rear rooms. The fireplace is gas with glass pebbles, and the bookcases are lit with LED tape, 4" LED recessed lights in the ceiling. Al crown and panelling are new.

The owner wanted the wall over the sofa to be prepared for his art collection and be ready for an oversized painting should he later desire. The owner's Drysdale paintings are currently displayed with LED picture lights above.

This room was completely redone, previously of plywood panelling, stripped to the studs, sheetrocked with traditional New Olreans baseboard, casings and picture rail installed with the moder amenities in lighting. The heart pine flooring was installed to match the existing in the rest of the house.

The master bedroom was once a very closed space, but I opened up the wall with French doors and sidelites top open the view onto a small courtyard. The result is a very bright airy inviting bedroom.

The house had a tiny bath that originally you walked through to get to the bedroom. We added on to the rear of the house creating a hallway and a narrow but very elegant and open bath with custom cabinets, tile and stonework with Kohler fixtures.

My client had inherited the furniture in this room and wanted to display the pieces in a way that would be new and current. This is the guest bedroom.
