This project started with a large water damage project. Lets say it grew from there. We removed the fireplace between the family & living rooms, re-framed to carry the second story, drywall, paint, moldings, and luxury vinyl flooring. Then we added the new electric fireplace and TV wall. A true feature wall with white ship-lap 17' tall made a completely new space.
